Porch Decor Rental Agreement
This Porch Decor Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Porch Princess Decor Co. ("Company") and the Client listed below ("Client").
1. Rental Items and Services The Company agrees to provide porch decor rental items and setup services as outlined in the selected package. All items remain the property of the Company and must be returned in the condition they were delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.
2. Rental Period The rental period begins on the agreed delivery date and ends on the agreed pickup date. Items will be collected by the Company at the end of the rental term. Extensions must be requested in writing and approved in advance.
3. Delivery and Pickup Delivery and pickup will be arranged directly with the Client. The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed times.
4. Care of Rental Items The Client agrees to care for the rental items in a safe manner and to notify the Company immediately of any damage or loss. The Client is responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or irreparably damaged items.
5. Payment A deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery, unless the Client chooses to pay in full at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable once delivery has occurred.
6. Liability The Company is not liable for any injury, accident, or property damage arising from the use of the rental items. The Client assumes all responsibility once items are delivered and installed.
7. Photography & Social Media May the Company photograph the decorated porch and share images on our social media and marketing platforms? ☐ Yes, I consent. ☐ No, I do not consent. If "yes", Address will be blurred or covered for privacy.
8. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to delivery may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to delivery will forfeit the deposit.
9. Agreement By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
